TENŌBA’s Online Satisfaction Guarantee

It is our goal that all TENŌBA® clients are completely satisfied with their purchases. Due to the personal nature of our products, items cannot be returned unless they are incorrect or damaged during shipping. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a refund or exchange*. Damaged or incorrectly shipped products will be returned with free shipping. If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, the shipping fee and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

Free Return Shipping
If you have purchased from our website and wish to return or exchange an item(s)
Email us at terry@tenobabodycare.com for a pre-paid return label. The return label will be sent via email for you to print and use. Complete the Return Merchandise/Exchange section on the back of the invoice included with your order. Carefully pack items into the box and include the completed invoice. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside. Take the package to any USPS location.

Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt. An email will be sent to confirm that your return or exchange request has been processed.

*Returned items purchased using PayPal can only be refunded via PayPal and not exchanged.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at terry@tenobabodycare.com or 678-310-3985.

Damaged items can be returned in person, or can be returned to TENŌBA Online with free shipping.
