Estimated Delivery Dates*
We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online.

Please note: We're open and accepting orders! The health and well-being of our customers, employees and community are of utmost importance to us. Due to possible delays with our shipping carriers, you can expect a delay in receiving your order. Delivery is expected within 4-10 business days of order placement. Shipping costs will be calculated based on total order weight and is usually shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
If your order only contains TENŌBA eGift Cards they are sent via email free of charge.

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.
Please note: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.
Priority Mail orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Priority Mail orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for Priority Mail shipments.
ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.
Rules and Restrictions
Some items sold by us require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items.
The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At TENŌBA, we comply with these regulations, therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
If you wish to provide an alternative physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories - TENŌBA accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands).
Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply. See shipping rules and restrictions above.
Orders destined for U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date.
Priority shipping methods are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses must be shipped via the USPS. Please note that:
Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days with Standard Shipping.
Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO addresses are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date and are not eligible for Priority Mail shipping.
International Locations
We’re sorry, products can only be billed or shipped to destinations within the United States and U.S. Territories. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Returns & Exchanges
TENŌBA’s Online Satisfaction Guarantee
It is our goal that all TENŌBA® clients are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 48 hours of receipt for a refund or exchange*. Damaged or incorrectly shipped products can be returned with free shipping. If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, the shipping fee and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

Free Return Shipping
If you have purchased from our website and wish to return or exchange an item(s):
Call US 678-310-3985 for a pre-paid return label via email. Print the label from your email. Complete the Return Merchandise/Exchange section on the back of the invoice included with your order. Carefully pack items into the box and include the completed invoice. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside. Take the package to any USPS location.
Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt. An email will be sent to confirm your return or exchange request has been processed.

*Returned items purchased using PayPal can only be refunded via PayPal and not exchanged.
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at terry@tenobabodycare.com or 678-310-3985.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from TENŌBA, either placed in person or on tenobabodycare.com, you may return the unused portion for refund or exchange*. Purchases can be returned in person, or can be returned to TENŌBA Online with free shipping.
